Character assassin Josip Heit

The character assassination campaign that really went down the tubes

New massive trouble for the millionaire fraudster Josip Heit: On March 29, the "Chairman of the Board" of Gold Standard Banking Corporation AG (Hamburg) published a false report via the German Press Agency (dpa/news aktuell) as part of a character assassination campaign planned by him in detail. This was not only intended to silence supposed critics, Heit also wanted to eliminate possible serious competitors from the field. But the hoax was exposed after just a few hours and is now keeping several public prosecutors and courts busy internationally.

The false report with completely insane and groundless accusations was allegedly published via the company "Global Trust Holding". This company, according to the plan, was to warn and denigrate people and companies that are currently in the way of Josip Heit. In addition to insult, defamation, defamation of character, false accusations, credit risk, coercion and attempted extortion are also being investigated under very specific aspects at the prosecutor's offices: The individuals and companies under attack are creditors to whom Josip Heit owes more than 120 million euros.

The German Press Agency (dpa) apparently makes it too easy for potential fraudsters and character assassins: they simply open a dpa account and publish their PR reports on the dpa subsidiary news aktuell. This press portal is used by German business, police departments and public institutions.

In the case of Josip Heit, moreover, editorial control has completely failed: character assassination campaigns are actually strictly forbidden, illegal use of photos and the publication of personal names are prohibited. In addition, the strict European data protection rules were completely disregarded.

Within a few hours after the publication at 11:19 a.m. (CET), however, it was clear that Josip Heit was the initiator and financier of the character assassination campaign. In an e-mail that is available, the Croatian, who was once called Josip Curcic and officially claims to be a "banker," admitted that he was behind the character assassination campaign.

After dpa was warned by a lawyer, the company also confirmed this:

"News aktuell is a company of the dpa group, but we do not work editorially, but are merely active as a service provider for the publication of press material on behalf of our customers. The news item in dispute was disseminated via our service on behalf of our customer "GSB Gold Standard Corporate" on 29.3.2021 and was since then available in the newsroom of "Global Trust Holding" in the press portal under the links you mentioned. This publication and archiving in the newsroom is regularly an integral part of our service."

The character assassination campaign, which was launched in English, French, Spanish and Italian, is not only highly criminal, it also has far-reaching consequences for the already ailing and financially troubled GSB network (G999, GSPartners, GSTelecom, GSLifestyle). Lawyers in New York are currently preparing class action proceedings against the company, its "Chairman of the Board" and the German Press Agency (dpa/news aktuell). The individuals, companies and trademark owners concerned are pooling their legal efforts. According to reports, it is also about claims for damages in a "high double-digit million sum".

The GSB networkers around GSPartner will be pleased: they will not receive any money in the long run.
